One Hengqin-Macao Bay es un centre de vendas situat al 43en estatge de la Torre Financiera Internacionala Huafa Hengqin a Zhuhai, una torre d'una nautor de 339 mètres. L'interior s'espandís sus 1000 mètres carrats. La concepcion pren son origina dins los concèptes de nívols e de marèas montantas, e encastra las vistas de mar e de cèl per las fenèstras. De linhas metallicas dessenhan las parets, mentre qu'un parquet de marbre d'auta puretat pavimenta lo sòl. La disposicion permet tres estats d'utilizacion: comunicacion, repaus e trabalh. La lutz e las ombras naturalas son integradas a l'interior per crear una experiéncia immersiva.

The design focuses on highlighting the unique visual focus of the location. The concept of simplicity comes first, and it is free from the tediousness of form and material, Parallel cities and living lifestyles, highlighting the city cover of the Bay Area.
