A prepaus de Whirlpool Mòai de Ròda

Whirlpool es un mòai de ròda concebut per refregir los disques de fren. Los raiets an una forma similara a una elica, inspirada de las elicas d'avions. Pendent lo frenatge, lo fregament entre las placas de fren e lo disc de fren fa montar bruscament la temperatura, e aquesta calor elevada escurta la durada de vida del disc. La forma de Whirlpool amassa l'aire a l'entorn de la ròda e lo guida cap al centre del disc de fren. Aqueste flux d'aire refregís lo disc pendent que lo veïcul es en movement. Lo mòai es fabricat en aliatge de titani e produch per moladura e usinatge CNC.

Recèrca: The research of this project is mainly to understand the defects of the product through literature reading, and to evaluate and test the 3D model virtually through the evaluation module in Alias software.
Inspiracion: When the car brakes, the temperature of the brake disc rises sharply due to the high-speed friction of the brake disc by the brake pad, which will greatly affect the life of the brake disc. So our team wanted to design a hub that could cool the brake disc when braking. The design of the wheels is inspired by the propellers of an aircraft.
Durada del Projècte: The project started in October 2022 in Changshu and finished in December 2022 in Changshu
Flux Operacional: The spokes of this hub are made of a propeller-like structure. When running at high speeds, the hub can cool the high temperatures caused by braking by drawing in air.
