Xingkai es una frontissa concebuda per de pòrtas e fenèstras grandas. La frontissa es fabricada en acièr inoxidable 304 amb una finicion 2B. De junturas de precision a encliquetatge amb de pivòts e de fendas de posicionament, ensems amb un engranatge renfortit entre lo braç de la frontissa e las dents de la basa, provesisson un varrolhatge estable jos una pression de vent superiora a 3,0 kPa. Un mecanisme de palanca optimizat sosten de panèls pesucs e permet la dobertura e la tampadura amb una sola man. The optimized mechanism ensures high load capacity and easy opening and closing. An integrated minimalist form allows them to sit flush with the door and window frame when closed for a seamless look.

Tecnologia de Produccion: Made from 304 stainless steel with a 2B finish, the hinges have passed 1,000 hours of salt spray tests and 35,000 abrasion cycles, providing excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The refined finish allows them to integrate naturally into modern interior styles.

Inspiracion: The design is inspired by the orderly motion of celestial bodies. Just as planets orbit around stars, Xingkai Hinges use a high precision bearing structure to ensure a smooth, stable rotation during every opening and closing cycle, providing longlasting reliability and silent operation.
Durada del Projècte: Developed in Foshan, China, in May 2025, the project is scheduled for market launch in 2026.
Flux Operacional: An optimized structure with a lever mechanism ensures a high load bearing capacity, enabling hinges to support large and heavy door or window panels. The structure disperses the resistance from the weight of the panels, ensuring one handed opening and closing of doors and windows, easing arm fatigue from frequent operation.
