ਫੂਡਸਮਿਥ ਅੰਮਾਨ, ਜਾਰਡਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤ ਇੱਕ ਲੱਕੜ ਦੀ ਅੱਗ ਵਾਲੇ ਓਵਨ ਅਤੇ ਗ੍ਰਿੱਲ ਰੈਸਟੋਰੈਂਟ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਮੰਜ਼ਿਲ 'ਤੇ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਹਿੱਸਾ 150 ਵਰਗ ਮੀਟਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੈਲਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਜਦਕਿ ਉੱਪਰਲੀ ਮੰਜ਼ਿਲ 'ਤੇ ਰਸੋਈ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾ ਖੇਤਰ 70 ਵਰਗ ਮੀਟਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨ ਇੱਕ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਲੁਹਾਰ ਦੀ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਦਿਵਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਲਗਭਗ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੁਨਰ-ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਅਤੇ ਰੀਸਾਈਕਲ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਗਰੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਕੜ, ਤਾਂਬੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਪਾਈਪਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਮੈਂਟ ਦੀਆਂ ਬ੍ਰਿਕ ਟਾਈਲਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਹਰ ਤਖ਼ਤੀ, ਪਾਈਪ ਅਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਿਕ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਵਿਸਤ੍ਰਿਤ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਚਿੱਤਰਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਬਣਾਈ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਨਤੀਜਾ ਗੈਰ-ਰਸਮੀ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਹਰ ਤੱਤ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਸਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

- An Old Blacksmith's Workshop, abandoned and turned down by time, only to be given birth again many years later as a FireWood Oven and grill restaurant.
Built Almost entirely from reclaimed materials, FoodSmith restaurant in TajMall - Amman reflects what can be achieved when given the freedom to design without much client intervention.

- Restaurant is 150sqm on the Ground Floor, with the Kitchen and services upstairs covering 70 sqm.

- Mostly Reclaimed Materials: Lumber wood, Coper pipes, cement bricks, etc...

- The challenge here was to reincarnate all the reclaimed material to produce something not only functional, but pleasing and enticing as well.
- ਖੋਜ
- Recycled and reclaimed materials that were gathered were namely: Copper piping, cement brick tiles, and lots and lots of reclaimed wood in different shapes and sizes. The concepts were then designed as clusters by the Architect and computer visualization software was used to visualize the ideas and provide a step-by-step building reference for the builders on site.
Though the final design seems orderly chaotic in nature, every brick, plank and pipe was carefully orchestrated and manifested through detailed construction drawings. - ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾ
- Wanted to go as "green" as possible in this project by creating the main design elements from reclaimed and recycled materials.
