Avalanche to półprzezroczysta powierzchnia z kwarcu inżynieryjnego, przeznaczona do kuchni, łazienek oraz okładzin ściennych i podłogowych. Wygląd Avalanche inspirowany jest naturalnym kamieniem onyksowym, z długimi żyłkami przebiegającymi przez każdą płytę. Powierzchnia przepuszcza światło, dzięki czemu źródło światła umieszczone pod panelem zmienia go w podświetlany element dekoracyjny. Avalanche produkowany jest z recyklingowanego kwarcu kryształowego, szkła i żywicy, prasowanych próżniowo i polerowanych za pomocą materiałów diamentowych. Wyzwanie Projektowe: Avalanche is one of the most durable materials due to the quartz mineral,which is one of the hardest minerals after diamond.Avalanche, 90 % recycled quartz content adds superior properties to the structure and surface durability, scratch and acid,basic alkaline and chemical resistance and increase the strength four times than onyx,granite and marble.The vein pattern design sustainable every slab due to robotic process whereas the natural stones pattern changed every block cut to size as slab.

Czas Trwania Projektu: The Avalanche Project started at 2020 in Belenco research and development laboratory pilot plant, start up in 2020 at the production and exhibited to the market at 2021. Since 2021 to these time Belenco Avalanche is on the market of mainly USA.
Przebieg Działania: Natural quartz minerals and resin composed in mixers. The mixture transport directly to distribution unit. Vein effect unit gives a marble look pattern. Mixture go to the vibration press under vacuum and pressed. The slab shaped to length of 310 cm and the width of 152 cm and the thickness of 20 cm, cured at the oven, polished with diamond abrasives to give them higher glosses finishes and final quality control area separated the slabs to their quality and pick up glossy surface face to face, bundled and transport to the clients.
