O projekcie Realm of Tranquility Wnętrze mieszkalne

Realm of Tranquility to wnętrze mieszkalne o powierzchni 82,7 metra kwadratowego w Kaohsiung na Tajwanie. Projekt nawiązuje do japońskiego stylu zen, opierając się na ciepłych odcieniach usłojonego drewna i tynku. Połączono w nim plecionkę rattanową, płyty plecione, listwy z litego drewna, gięte deski drewniane oraz powierzchnie z terrazzo, wykorzystując drewno jako element łączący. Wykończenie tynkiem wykonano z pozyskanego wtórnie mułu ze zbiorników retencyjnych, dzięki czemu jest ono wodoodporne i przepuszczające powietrze. Łukowe fragmenty sufitu oraz zaokrąglone narożniki ścian maskują nierówne belki konstrukcyjne, sprawiając, że niska przestrzeń wydaje się wyższa i jaśniejsza.
