Jinmao Palace to centrum sprzedaży położone w dzielnicy Fengtai w Pekinie, w pobliżu rzeki Yongding. Wnętrze zajmuje 682 metry kwadratowe na parterze budynku komercyjnego. Projekt wprowadza do miasta motywy krajobrazowe i sielankowe, kierując się ideą piętnastominutowego kręgu życia lokalnej społeczności. W przestrzeni umieszczono funkcje inspirowane targowiskami i kawiarniami, a granice między poszczególnymi strefami zostały złagodzone. - It is located in Fengtai District, Beijing, along the Yongding River of the West Fifth Ring Road. As for this design, the designer introduces the concept of landscape and pastoral life in the city with the aim of leading the new lifestyle of the surrounding area and setting a good example of the project brand, thus creating the 8th low-density high-tech house at Beijing Jinmao Palace. With the aspiration for comfortable living, Jinmao Mansion is expected to be the model of urban living.

- According to the design concept, the designer, getting rid of conventional mindset, decorates the reception hall with water lights, which look like the flowing water. The double-height smoke resin acrylic screen and the water pattern of the reception background echo with each other, forming a romantic atmosphere of life. The designer integrates vitality, nature, cloud, smoke and water to make the whole space full of vitality.
