O projekcie Ceremony Krzesło bez oparcia
Ceremony to krzesło bez oparcia, zaprojektowane do siedzenia, picia herbaty i rozmowy. Rama wykonana jest z drewna orzechowego i łączona za pomocą tradycyjnych chińskich połączeń na czop i wpust. Konstrukcja ogranicza ilość zużytego materiału, a jednocześnie siedzisko pozostaje stabilne i wygodne w użytkowaniu. Powierzchnia siedziska oraz nogi są wycinane za pomocą obróbki sterowanej komputerowo, a następnie wykańczane ręcznym polerowaniem. Krzesło dostarczane jest do samodzielnego montażu przez użytkownika. Forma nawiązuje do chińskiej kultury rytualnej, w której siedzenie rozumiane jest jako gest uprzejmości. Krzesło ma 400 mm szerokości, 320 mm głębokości i 430 mm wysokości.

The behavior of sitting is also a kind of etiquette, and the design semantics of products also follow the etiquette culture and then expand. In the background study, it analyzes the inheritance of the spirit of ritual.
