O projekcie Solarlux House Mondsee Budynek Mieszkalny
Osadzony na tle oszałamiającej scenerii jeziora Mondsee, ten projekt architektoniczny uosabia zrównoważony rozwój i postęp technologiczny. Zbudowany w całości z drewna klejonego krzyżowo (CLT), dom płynnie wtapia się w otoczenie. Zintegrowane panele fotowoltaiczne na dachu efektywnie wychwytują energię słoneczną, podczas gdy sondy geotermalne odpowiadają za ogrzewanie. Automatyczne systemy kontrolują naturalną wentylację i ogrzewanie. Skupiając się na materiałach przyjaznych środowisku i energooszczędnych mechanizmach, ten drewniany dom oferuje nowoczesne, a zarazem harmonijne schronienie.

- Unikalne Cechy
- Perched on the shores of Mondsee Lake in Austria, the solar-powered wooden house stands as a beacon of sustainability. Its sleek design seamlessly blends with the surrounding landscape, while solar panels adorn the roof, harnessing the sun's energy to power the entire dwelling. With panoramic views of the tranquil lake and the lush greenery, this eco-friendly retreat offers both comfort and harmony with nature.
- Wymiary i Opakowanie
- The house measures 10 x 16 meters, the plot is about 750 square meters.
- Tagi
- solar building, sustainable house, timber house, eco-building, big windows
- Technologia Produkcji
- The house is made entirely of wood using CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) technology. All finishes outside and inside are natural wood. Energy for heating is obtained from 3 geothermal probes and integrated photovoltaic panels. Modern control technology regulates the automated opening of windows and sunshades.
- Wyzwanie Projektowe
- The challenge was to fit the house into the beautiful surroundings and get as much space and living comfort as possible within a small plot of land.
- Badania
- The aim of the project was to practically demonstrate the potential of natural ventilation in a single-family home by utilizing the chimney effect to stimulate airflow driven by temperature differences. Additionally, the behavior of the house when using geothermal heating in conjunction with photovoltaics integrated into the roof surface is monitored.
- Inspiracja
- Inspired by the rugged mountainous surroundings, the design of this house mirrors the organic forms of the nearby peaks. Natural materials like wood harmonize with the landscape, while the segmented structure resembles the rocky outcrops in the backdrop. Each window frames breathtaking views of Mondsee Lake and the majestic mountains, ensuring the house seamlessly integrates into its stunning surroundings.
- Czas Trwania Projektu
- The project started 2021 and finished in 2024. Location: Mondsee, Austria.
- Przebieg Działania
- The house is extremely energy efficient in operation and, using mainly wood as a construction material, used minimal resources in its construction
