O projekcie Residential Building Wnętrza Obiektów Gastronomiczno-Hotelowych

Budynek Mieszkalny to projekt wnętrz XVII-wiecznego budynku położonego na promenadzie nad jeziorem w Überlingen w Niemczech. Od 1957 roku w budynku mieści się restauracja. Renowacja zachowuje historię obiektu i wykorzystuje zrównoważone metody projektowe. Istniejące elementy konstrukcyjne zostały odrestaurowane, a zabytkowe meble zyskały nowe zastosowanie. Stare drewniane belki i insygnia zostały wkomponowane w przestrzeń wnętrza. Odcienie błękitu w strefie baru nawiązują do barw jeziora, a powiększone okna otwierają szerokie widoki na wodę.

Floor to ceiling windows offer captivating views, strengthening the connection with the lake. In the seminar area and vacation apartments above, the sensation of floating above the water enhances the visual and emotional bond with the serene surroundings.
