O Yuzhou Langham é um centro de vendas situado na cidade de Foshan, na China, com uma área de 760 metros quadrados. O design inspira-se numa caixa de joias e introduz elementos de arte moderna e contemporânea. A distribuição espacial baseia-se no pátio tradicional chinês, reinterpretando-o como um espaço semiaberto com varandas. Uma instalação artística interativa surrealista foi colocada na varanda. Painéis divisórios em grelha metálica dividem o espaço, mantendo-o transparente. Os materiais incluem pedra verde irlandesa, azulejo cerâmico em três cores e painéis pintados em caqui.

Propriedades Únicas: Each space has its own memory point and are well integrate with each other. The project also specially places a surrealist interactive art installation on the veranda. Also, the project divides the space with the metal grid screen which maintains the space transparency. The pillar combining with the use of wall lights reshapes the space sequence.

Tecnologia de Produção: The project uses special materials such as Irish green stone, ceramic tile with three different colors, khaki paint board.
Desafio de Design: Out of the understanding of the oriental aesthetics, the project uses the radula green as the main tone while pays special attention to the texture of the materials, using natural stone and wood veneer to build an elegant atmosphere.
Pesquisa: The project lays its foundation in the culture in Foshan City. By analyzing three major design techniques, the project explains how to use space to achieve the integration of modern urban civilization and traditional culture.
Inspiração: Designers drew the inspiration from a jewelry box and introduce various modern and contemporary art elements into the project. As to the spatial layout, designers draw on the traditional Chinese courtyard and then re-deconstruct it by making it as a half-open space with verandas.
Duração do Projeto: The project is located in Foshan City, China. It takes about two months to finish the construction.
Fluxo de Operação: The sales office is designed for helping customers to know better and deeper about the newly constructed buildings and houses. They will see the overall construction plan of the buildings here and can get in touch with sales managers if they have any questions and can make the purchase of houses here.
