Sobre Stoniture Sofá

Stoniture é um sofá inspirado na forma da pedra natural. O design apresenta uma borda curva e uma ampla superfície de apoio, proporcionando uma posição de assento confortável e relaxada. A espuma do assento cede ligeiramente sob o peso, de modo que a superfície de assento acompanha o corpo. A estrutura do corpo é feita de madeira, e o assento contém espuma com densidade 30. O sofá mede 110 por 95 por 50 centímetros. A forma simples pretende refletir a simplicidade da pedra natural e criar uma sensação de familiaridade. O Stoniture foi projetado em Teerã, em 2023.

Propriedades Únicas: The furniture piece is designed with a curved edge and a proper support surface to provide a comfortable and relaxing position. The seat foam adjusts slightly when sitting, ensuring a comfortable experience for the user. The simple design of the furniture piece is meant to reflect the simplicity and beauty of natural stone.

The main challenge in designing the project was to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing design that captures the essence of the designer's inspiration while also meeting the practical needs of users.
Pesquisa: For designing this project, the designer do research about the properties and characteristics of natural stone and how to translate those into a functional piece of furniture. Also, he did research about different materials and production methods to ensure that the furniture piece is durable and can withstand regular use.
Inspiração: The designer drew inspiration from natural stone, one of the most primitive elements of nature, to create a sense of familiarity and trust at an intuitive level. The designer aimed to evoke the feeling of being surrounded by nature, where the user feels like a stone around which water flows.
Duração do Projeto: It has been designed in Tehran in 2023.
