O Future Shell Modular Jacket é um casaco outdoor de três camadas concebido para crianças. O casaco é composto por uma camada de proteção, uma camada térmica e uma camada esportiva, que podem ser usadas isoladamente ou combinadas entre si, para temperaturas de menos 10 a 25 graus Celsius. Um sistema de ventilação integrada Airbreath une uma estrutura respirável nas áreas das costas e das axilas da camada de proteção a tecidos de malha nas camadas térmica e esportiva, proporcionando ventilação constante e conforto. Cada camada é feita de poliéster reciclado e pode retornar ao sistema de reciclagem.

Propriedades Únicas: Future Shell Modular Jacket innovatively introduces an Airbreath linkage ventilation system. The knitted fabrics on the back and underarm areas of the thermal and sports layers, coupled with the breathable structure on the back and underarm areas of the protective layer, ensure constant and stable ventilation, helping enhance wearing comfort. This modular jacket allows for free combination and purchasing as needed to adapt to diverse weather conditions ranging from minus 10 to 25 (degrees Celsius).

Tecnologia de Produção: Airbreath:The breathable structure on the back and underarm areas of the protective layer, together with elastic knitted fabrics of the sports layer and thermal layer, forms a 3-layer linkage ventilation system to enhance comfort.
Materials: This jacket is crafted from 100 percent recycled polyester fabrics treated with PFC-free DWR. Each layer is filled with PrimaLoft Insulation with Ocean Bound plastic, and the single component material facilitates the garments' re-entry into the recycling system.
Desafio de Design: Most garments might not be as warm and cozy as imagined even worn in combination, especially in harsh weather conditions. To this end, each layer of the Future Shell Modular Jacket utilizes a single material to enable different functions, combined with the elastic knitted fabrics of the thermal layer and the sports layer, hugely enhancing wearing comfort. This modular jacket allows for free combination based on needs, making it suitable for multiple weathers and scenarios.

Research result: This modular jacket consists of 3 functional pieces: protective layer, thermal layer, and sports layer, making it suitable for multiple scenarios. Together with the Airbreath linkage ventilation system, this modular jacket achieves constant and stable heat dissipation and air ventilation.
Inspiração: In the post-pandemic era, outdoor activities become increasingly popular, especially among children. However, there is no distinct boundary between children's daily and outdoor dressing, so choosing proper outfits for the children is a pain for their parents. Therefore, Future Shell Modular Jacket was born. Featuring a modular design and an innovative Airbreath linkage ventilation system, this jacket enjoys exceptional breathability and comfort, making it suitable for multiple scenarios.
Duração do Projeto: The project will finish in September 2024 in Shanghai.
Fluxo de Operação: The innovative Airbreath linkage ventilation system guarantees constant and stable breathability whether this modular jacket is worn separately or in combination, so children can choose single or multiple pieces based on weather conditions or the intensity of activities for more comfort. A large-size height adjuster facilitates the back hat's height adjustment. An inclined cuff adjuster ensures wearing comfort and easy operation.
