Beile Hotpot este un proiect de design interior pentru un restaurant tip hotpot cu vas de cupru și foc de cărbune din Fuzhou, provincia Fujian, China. Spațiul se întinde pe 260 de metri pătrați și urmează stilul arhitectural al dinastiei chineze Qing. Planul este organizat în modele pătrate simetrice, iar tavanul evocă structura de îmbinare cep și scobitură a unei coame de acoperiș antice. Lămpile personalizate iau forma streașinilor tradiționale. O peliculă moale translucidă cu o scenă de peisaj pictată manual luminează zona publică din spate. Nuanțele de cinabru, albastru, roșu, auriu și lemn stabilesc paleta cromatică.
