Despre Sorkhab Ambalaj

Săpunurile pentru sprâncene Sorkhab sunt făcute din ingrediente vegane și fără cruzime împotriva animalelor. Din acest motiv, au vrut să se asigure că ambalajul rezonează și cu natura conținutului său și de aceea au ales lemnul ca material principal. Contururile netede ale pachetului pot prinde cumpărătorii' atenție, chiar mai mult. Produsul din interior (sapunul) este realizat din materiale 100% vegane, ambalajul sau transmite si faptul ca este ecologic. Întregul pachet este construit din lemnul de esență tare irosit găsit în industria mobilei. Acesta este unul dintre motivele pentru care lemnul a fost ales în detrimentul altora.

Sorkhab Ambalaj a câștigat A' Design Award de Fier, o recunoaștere prestigioasă acordată designurilor bune care îndeplinesc cerințele profesionale și industriale așteptate de la creații bine concepute. Câștigătorii Fierului demonstrează mare pricepere, înaltă specializare, înțelegere de specialitate și capacitate creativă din partea creatorilor lor. Se așteaptă ca Sorkhab Ambalaj să fie o creație foarte apreciată, admirată și prețuită, practică și inovatoare. Acest design câștigător al A' Design Award de Fier integrează cele mai bune practici din industrie și are caracteristici tehnice competente îmbinate cu know-how și talent. Pentru acuratețea sa, Sorkhab Ambalaj merită respect și este conceput pentru a aduce îmbunătățiri ale calității vieții care ajută la facerea lumii un loc mai bun.

Proprietăți Unice: Since the product inside (soup) is made out of 100 % vegan materials, its package also conveys the fact that it is Eco-Friendly. The whole package is built out of the wasted hardwoods found in the furniture industry. That is one of the reasons why wood has been chosen over other materials.

Tehnologie de Producție: The product was modeled with Rhino3D modeling software. The initial prototype was built by a Three-Axis CNC milling machine. To control the final manufacturing prices, the design is adjusted a bit, to the point that it is manufacturable by the rotary CNC milling machine. As for the eco-friendly approach, it's produced by wasted furniture industry hardwoods, they are all from Walnut, Beech, Ash, and Alder woods.
Provocare de Design: Wood has been chosen as the main material to emphasize the product's nature as a vegan and animal cruelty-free cosmetic. Finding the best production method while having a reasonable price, was also a great challenge in this project.
Cercetare: The fact that a growing number of people are gravitating towards Eco-Friendly materials and this cruelty-free and natural cosmetic product combination pushed the design research to focus on natural materials and sustainable ways of collecting and using them.
Inspirație: Being the ultimate source of inspiration, Nature played a crucial role in the process of the ideation stage. The organic shape of the wooden package was adopted from the curvature of the river stones, resulting in a smooth and sustainable design.
Durata Proiectului: 2020 first quarter, Tehran, Iran.
Flux Operațional: It has tried to involve the audience in three different levels. First, they will notice the unusual outlines of the product and may find the streamlining of it interesting and unique. Second, they grab it in their hands and feel the natural texture of the wood. And third, they might find it really easy to use when trying to open the lid and using the product inside. There are three inserted magnets installed in the wooden package for its closure means. To open the wooden case, you can simply detach the lid from the magnets and easily use the soup.
