Despre Majestic Casă Rezidențială

Această clădire este amplasată pe un teren în pantă, etajul al doilea reprezentând zona publică, care include intrarea, livingul, sufrageria și bucătăria, în timp ce primul etaj reprezintă zona privată, cuprinzând dormitorul cuplului și camera copiilor. Astfel cum s-a menționat anterior, intrarea se află la etajul al doilea, iar datorită amplasării pe pantă, fațada prezintă aspectul unei case cu un singur nivel. Exteriorul este finisalizat cu piatră naturală de ardezie neagră și plăci cu aspect de marmură pe pereții exteriori și garduri, fiind accentuat cu zăbrele din lemn și vopsea albă pentru a crea o atmosferă impunătoare, dar în același timp echilibrată și caldă.

Proprietăți Unice: This is a two-family house where different generations coexist.
It is a two-story, wood-frame building on a sloping site.
The entrance is on the second floor, which makes it look like a one-story house from the facade. The eaves are a maximum of 2 meters high, giving the house a strong presence.
The exterior walls are finished with black natural stone, creating an imposing facade design.

Provocare de Design: The design process was extremely difficult because of the sloping site.It would not have been easy to solve all the problems such as the impact on the neighboring site, the ground improvement work plan, and the sunlight plan, and to create a building with a beautiful, functional, and universal appearance.
Cercetare: This is a two-family house for an elderly mother and her two young children.
In order for people of different generations to be able to coexist, the zoning was devised in such a way that they share a living room while ensuring privacy for each other.
The mother's private room, living room, kitchen, and spacious tray are located on the second floor, where the entrance is located, in order to avoid stairs and other steps for the elderly mother as much as possible.
Inspirație: The building sits on a sloping site, with the entrance on the second floor, so from the façade it appears to be a one-story building. The exterior walls and fences are covered with natural slate stone and marble tiles, accented with wooden latticework and white paint, creating a design that is both stately and moderately soft.
The interior is a complete change from the exterior, with white and wood grain as the base colors, accented with glaze, creating a bright and fresh atmosphere.
