Despre Residential Building Design Interior de Ospitalitate
Clădirea Rezidențială este un proiect de design interior pentru o clădire din secolul al XVII-lea aflată pe promenada lacului din Ueberlingen, Germania. Clădirea a găzduit un restaurant încă din 1957. Renovarea păstrează istoria structurii și aplică metode sustenabile. Structurile de susținere existente au fost restaurate, iar mobilierul istoric a primit o nouă funcțiune. Grinzile de lemn vechi și însemnele originale au fost integrate în interior. - The building at Seepromenade 11 in Ueberlingen, dating back to the 17th century, has housed a restaurant since 1957 and has been owned by the Oexle family since 1920. The renovation preserved its history while embracing sustainability, with upcycled structural elements and repurposed furniture. The lakeside location influenced the design, with colors and materials reflecting the water’s hues. Enlarged windows offer stunning views, strengthening the connection between the building and the lake.

In the seminar area and vacation apartments above, the sensation of floating above the water enhances the visual and emotional bond with the serene surroundings.
