Beile Hotpot — это дизайн интерьера ресторана хого с медными котлами на древесном угле в городе Фучжоу, провинция Фуцзянь, Китай. Помещение площадью 260 квадратных метров оформлено в архитектурном стиле китайской династии Цин. Планировка построена на симметричных квадратных модулях, а потолок напоминает шипо-пазовую конструкцию конькового узла старинной кровли. Светильники, изготовленные по индивидуальному заказу, повторяют форму традиционных свесов крыши. Полупрозрачная натяжная плёнка с расписанным вручную пейзажем подсвечивает общественную зону в глубине зала. Цветовая гамма построена на оттенках киновари, синего, красного золота и дерева.
