О дизайне X Transport Грузовой транспортный аппарат

X Transport — концептуальное грузовое транспортное средство, разработанное для антарктических научно-исследовательских станций. Источником вдохновения послужили пингвины, которые скользят на животе, быстро перемещаясь по льду и снегу. Корпус выполнен из металла, а две лыжи в основании — из высокопрочного углеродного волокна. Двигательные установки в верхней и хвостовой частях используют технологию векторной тяги для управления скоростью и направлением движения. Грузовой отсек удерживается X-образной конструкцией, которая может подниматься и опускаться, регулируя центр тяжести. Цель проекта — более быстрая доставка грузов и припасов.

Уникальные свойства: The materials transportation is a very major work of national Antarctic expedition. During the process of transportation, time is very precious, so the transport boat can travel quickly on the snow, which is suitable for carrying materials on the ice. The propulsion units at the top and the tail can ensure that the transport boat can reach the scientific research station at the fastest speed.

Технология производства: The snow transport boat's shell is made of metal, and the two skis at the bottom are made of high-strength carbon fiber, which is tough and hard to damage. Вдохновение: The inspiration comes from The Antarctic penguins. They are inconvenient to walk on the ice and snow, but their heavy bodies can move forward quickly by sticking their bellies on the snow. How to make the transport equipment full of materials move efficiently on the snow? The design found the answer in penguins.
Продолжительность проекта: The project started in December 2018 in LAFA Industrial Design Studio and finished in January 2020 in National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Industrial Design in LAFA.
Рабочий процесс: The cargo carrying part of the transport boat can be lifted and lowered by the X-type structure. When the cargo is loaded, the cabin rises and starts to move. According to the different speed and terrain, the X-type structure can also adjust the lifting and lowering and control the center of gravity of the transport boat.
