О дизайне The Lakeshore Hualien Tranquil Отель

«The Lakeshore Hualien Tranquil» — отель, расположенный в городе Хуалянь на Тайване. Проект вдохновлён местными горами и Тихим океаном, а также картиной Ма Пайсуя «Красота Тароко». Уникальные свойства: Master Ma Paisui painting The Beauty of Taroko inspires the design team on designing the exterior part of the building with the strange and magnificent mountains and rocks and the undulating sea of greenery in the lower part of the building, which is transformed into 3D pentagonal geometry and the triangles on the corridor and the ceiling. Furthermore, the undulating sea waves on the exterior walls of the building, bring the natural appearance of Hualien to the visitors provides a comfortable and convenient resting place.
Размеры и упаковка: The design team has set up different levels of building volume and retreating staggered configuration so that each room in every position is airy and well ventilated. The upper floor is partially retracted to create a hierarchical volume and give an interesting shape of the skyline, create a sky terrace and maximize daylighting. At the same time, it solves the problem of blocking the neighboring buildings so that the purpose of urban planning for sharing the beauty of the environment is achieved.

Технология производства: The exterior of the first floor is designed with the concept of the undulating ridge of the mountains. The beams and columns are shaped to form a pentagonal geometry, and a wooden grille is used on the upper part to bring a transparency and penetration feeling. Besides the triangular shape, the building facade is also designed with the natural impression of the sea's waves, and the light-weight transparent glass brings in the outdoor scenery, enabling the building to penetrate and introduce the outdoor natural environment.

By this tragedy, once again awakening people's awareness of earthquake crisis prevention. Thus, in order to meet the goals of seismic design regulations and to protect the safety of the tourists, the geological characteristics and seismic zone coefficients of the site were taken into the consideration since the beginning of the construction planning of the Lakeshore Hotel Hualien.

The Lakeshore Hotel Hualien incorporates the unique natural scenery of Hualien, such as clouds, mountains, forest, and sea, into the exterior of the building. Adopts master Ma Paisui's painting The Beauty of Taroko to transform mountains, forest waves, and waves into pentagonal and triangular geometries, which are presented on the corridor and ceiling of the first floor, and the exterior of the building also uses undulating lines to outline the image of waves.
