О дизайне Hexa Plus Очаг

Hexa Plus — очаг, предназначенный для садов и открытых пространств. Шестиугольная форма рассчитана на компанию из шести-десяти человек, собравшихся у огня. В конструкции объединены чаша для огня, варочная поверхность и решётка-гриль, которую можно устанавливать на двух уровнях. Варочная поверхность изготовлена из стального листа толщиной 10 мм, что обеспечивает равномерный нагрев и хорошую тепловую инерцию. Специальная опора удерживает казан над огнём, а вырезанный на боковой стенке резервуара логотип обеспечивает подачу воздуха для горения. Регулируемые ножки позволяют устойчиво и ровно установить изделие. Корпус выполнен из листового металла, раскроенного лазером, согнутого, сваренного и покрытого электростатической краской.

Уникальные свойства: Hexa is a multifunctional garden product that can be used in any season with an innovative design, meant to take the experience of cooking and socializing outdoors to another level. Hexa Plus has the following features: Adjustable grill on 2 heights; Boiler support; 10 mm thick hob for good thermal inertia; Logo cut laterally on the tank - air supply for combustion; Adjustable feet to adjust the stability and adjust the horizontality of the product.

Дизайнерская задача: The most difficult part was to be able to homogenize all the functions that the Hexa + firepit currently has and to identify the best option, considering functional and aesthetic features and cost optimization.
Исследование: The vision was to create a multifunctional and practical product. The material from which the product is used restores the resistance of the product over time, the maintenance or rehabilitation of the product being easy, during use. Another advantage is that it is a perfect material for cooking, evenly heating the surface of the grill, hob, etc.
The tub, which is used for campfires or as a heater on cold days or evenings, is a solution to protect green spaces.
Вдохновение: The concept of this product was inspired by modern design stealth trends, having as main feature the pronounced edges, which gives the product strength, power and masculinity.
The hexagonal shape was chosen as the optimal surface for a number between 6-10 people who can enjoy socializing around a fire or for the outdoor cooking experience, by the side of multifunctional product.
The design of the grill lid is inspired by the shape of a diamond.
Продолжительность проекта: This project started in November 2019 and the final version of this product was launched in the summer of 2020. The design of this product is 100% Romanian and its production was carried out in Cluj County, Romania.
Рабочий процесс: The grill is designed to prepare food and is made of 3mm sheet metal and steel, guaranteeing a high resistance over time. The grill holder and the tub are also made of 3 mm sheet metal. The grill pan is made of 10 mm steel sheet. The legs of the grill pan are made of 3 mm thick sheet, protected with paint in the electrostatic field.
The components of the grill pan are: Grill; Support grill; Stove; Bowl; Foot; Adjustable foot; Grill lid.
