Вилла Антиокия — частная резиденция, расположенная в Кап-Кана, Пунта-Кана, Доминиканская Республика. Дом занимает 1130 квадратных метров застройки на участке площадью 2630 квадратных метров. Уникальные свойства: The design concept for Villa Antioquia was developed under the idea of generating interior spaces that allow permeability, both physical and visual, with the exterior areas of the site. Its design is influenced by the conditions of the location, in the use of climatic strategies to opt for natural ventilation, as well as the delight of the landscape and generate transformable spaces.
