О дизайне Duxiaoxiao Основная функция: Цифровой ассистент на основе искусственного интеллекта
Duxiaoxiao — это цифровой ассистент на основе искусственного интеллекта, имеющий облик виртуального человека. Duxiaoxiao взаимодействует с пользователями посредством голоса, мимики и движений тела, сочетая звуковую и визуальную обратную связь. Ответы и информация отображаются на адаптивных интерфейсах, разработанных для мобильных устройств на базе Android и iOS. В процессе продолжительного общения ассистент вырабатывает различные черты характера и изучает предпочтения пользователя. - One of the most significant challenges we faced is creating the humanlike interaction. We need to catch the features of this experience and design it. We built an ΑΙ digital human interaction system that integrates various forms of human-computer interaction and ΑΙ technology. It enabled Duxiaoxiao to have anthropomorphic thinking, expression, emotion, and independent learning ability.

- We used questionnaires, user Interviews, and desk research to collect user requirements of virtual assistants and the problems of existed products. Abundant research was performed throughout the design including script rehearsal, motion capture, emotion simulation, and 3D rendering to make Duxiaoxiao look authentic and vivid. We utilized small-scope tests, and collected and analyzed user feedback to improve user experience and product customer satisfaction.

We expect that AI assistants can provide natural, emotional companionship to users with its digital, face-to-face communication while maintaining the traditional voice interaction.
