It is a sports center that integrates residents' cultural activities, healthy sports, and livable waterfront life from multiple perspectives. The project focus is to activate the vitality of the city and reshape the spirit of the site, the facade design of the project adopts international modern style, and uses the aesthetic sense of architectural lines to reflect the sense of future, flow and technology.

The facade of the building is twisted and stretched with horizontal lines, and the seemingly flowing Milky Way flows slowly.
