Aurora Pony — электрический внедорожный мотоцикл, созданный для детей и подростков. Основная рама и передняя подвеска изготовлены из алюминиевого сплава методом жидкой ковки, что делает конструкцию лёгкой и прочной. Двойные дисковые тормоза и двойная система амортизации обеспечивают уверенную езду по разнообразному рельефу. Запуск одной кнопкой упрощает управление, а светодиодные полосы повышают заметность в тёмное время суток. Водонепроницаемый отсек для аккумуляторов рассчитан на одну или две батареи для увеличения запаса хода. Форма мотоцикла вдохновлена линиями северного сияния.

Технология производства: The main frame and front suspension made of robust aluminum alloy employ the liquid forging process for both light weight and high strength, durable and safe.
The surface, undergoing the green automobile grade painting process involving four rounds of coating and four rounds of baking, features a glossy finish and excellent scratch resistance to enhance aesthetic appeal and durability.
The soft, textured seat and metal components result in a sharp contrast, thus improving visual layering.

To address that, this product optimizes the layout of its control area based on the habits of children and teenagers. It supports one button start, significantly simplifying operation to achieve ease of use. The cool light strips enhance nighttime visibility, whose combination with a GPS positioning system, an auto power off feature for dragging and fall protection, and an anti theft functionality improves safety of use.

Продолжительность проекта: The project started in September 28th, 2023 and finished in December, 2024. The product is planned to be exhibited at TAIPEICYCLE in March, 2025, followed by appearances at EUROBIKE in Frankfurt in June, and at the two wheeler exhibition in Milan, Italy in November.
Рабочий процесс: The dirt bike adopts a dual shock absorption design, and can adapt to various terrains, ensuring safety on bumpy roads. The application of dual disc brakes and an off road suspension system further enhances riding safety and user experience. The product supports flexible switches between single battery and double batteries to enhance endurance. The built in battery compartment, waterproof and impact resistant, minimizes damage from emergencies and extends the service life of the bike.
