О дизайне Radiant Bloom Общественная скульптура

«Radiant Bloom» — общественная скульптура, созданная для архитектурной пустоты. Произведение выполнено из высокопрочной нержавеющей стали с полностью зеркальной полировкой. Множество изогнутых элементов образуют пересекающиеся арки, напоминающие фонтан и распускающийся цветок. Скульптура охватывает круглый проём в потолке и продолжается водным элементом на уровне земли с прозрачным стеклянным дном бассейна. Дневной свет проходит сквозь бассейн в расположенное ниже подземное пространство. Программируемая светодиодная система освещения добавляет меняющиеся цвета. Зеркальная поверхность отражает небо и окружающий ландшафт.

Уникальные свойства: Crafted from high-strength, fully mirror-polished stainless steel, the sculpture's form evokes an ethereal, organic canopy. Multiple curved elements create a series of intersecting archways, defining an open yet intimate spatial threshold. The installation spans a circular ceiling void and extends through a ground-level water feature, becoming an integral part of the architectural system. Its reflective surface captures the constantly changing sky and landscape, ensuring a dynamic dialogue between the built structure and its atmosphere.
Размеры и упаковка: The sculpture measures W470 cm x D470 cm x H500 cm with a total weight of approximately 2 metric tons. It is supported by a precision-engineered five-axis radial steel foundation, designed for on-site segmented fabrication and crane-assisted assembly. Key technical properties include cross-level spatial penetration and a multi-perspective viewing system that optimizes the observer's experience from various vantage points. The installation is engineered to produce sophisticated water reflection and light refraction effects, creating a sense of simultaneous existence across multiple spatial dimensions. For international logistics, the work is prepared in modular segments to ensure efficient handling and structural integrity during transit and final installation.

The design seamlessly integrates with its environment through a specialized water feature penetration system and a reinforced transparent glass pool base, which facilitates the transmission of natural daylight into underground spaces. This realization required seamless collaboration between sculptural design, structural engineering, and architectural coordination to balance aesthetic lightness with robust stability. An integrated, programmable RGBW LED lighting system further enhances the work, enabling vibrant color transitions that extend the sculpture's presence and establish a dynamic dialogue between structure, light, and atmosphere.

"Radiant Bloom" embodies the wish that life may flow like a fountain - continuous and resilient - and bloom like a flower under sunlight, bringing hope and enduring beauty to its surroundings.
Продолжительность проекта: The project started in March 2023 and finished with installation in Taichung,Taiwan in October 2025
Рабочий процесс: The interaction is experiential rather than mechanical. Visitors are invited to look upward from the underground level to witness the sky through the sculpture or observe the installation from above through the water feature. As sunlight passes through the glass-bottomed pool, the sculpture transforms throughout the day, generating a temporal dialogue between structure and perception. The artwork exists not only physically but perceptually - within the dimension of light and reflection.
