О дизайне Acorn Leisure Chair Кресло для отдыха

Кресло для отдыха Acorn — многофункциональное сиденье, форма которого вдохновлена жёлудем. Спинка повторяет изгиб человеческой спины и поддерживает правильную посадку при чтении и других спокойных занятиях. Каркас изготовлен из массива дерева, обработанного с помощью станков с числовым программным управлением и ручной шлифовки, и дополнен металлическими линиями, согнутыми вручную с нагревом. Деревянные и металлические элементы соединены крепёжной фурнитурой, поэтому кресло можно разобрать для транспортировки. Просторное открытое пространство под сиденьем может использоваться для хранения вещей или как место отдыха для домашних животных.

Уникальные свойства: We get inspired in the shape of an acorn, and designed according to the human spine form of multi-function casual seating. Outline the bottom with the line, dense and orderly, reflecting the most essential peaceful situation and creating a mood of eternal, tranquility for the living space. There is a larger space at the bottom of the seat, with a wide range of functions such as storage, gathering, and let your pets sleep in a comfortable nap.

Wood part is shaped CNC machining technology, hand-molded metal part, the two parts can be quickly disassembled. Because of the need of transport demolition, we use high-quality hardware connection to create a beautiful line and solid structure of furniture.

Технология производства: The wood part adopts modern numerical control technology. It is formed by machine cutting and manual grinding. The metal bending is processed by manual heating. Finally, the parts are assembled to complete the seat production.
Дизайнерская задача: How to match the two materials of solid wood and metal to show the feeling of oak fruit, satisfying the basic principles of ergonomics is the biggest challenge in design.
Исследование: The design incorporates the shape of the acorn into the design. The lines are rounded curve, and the material is simple and modest. On the basis of meeting the product functions, it does not lose its beauty. The seat structure is solid and stable, the color contrasts obviously, and the maneuverability of the production is strong.
Вдохновение: The design inspiration obtained from the acorn which combines the two materials of solid wood and metal to design a multifunctional leisure seat. The seat armrests and line of backrest meet the needs of the comfort of sitting, allowing the seat to present diverse functions to meet the needs of modern people relaxation in their spare time.
Продолжительность проекта: The design project began in January 2019 in Shenyang, was completed in June 2019, and was exhibited in the art museum of Shenyang Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in June 2019.
Рабочий процесс: The overall framework is all made of solid wood from the log cutting to the production completed, and then decorated with metal line, strong and beautiful. Sitting on a chair, the seat back fits the person back shape, which can help people to make a correct sitting posture, which is suitable for entertainment, reading and other activities.
