After analyzing the challenges users faced post-TurboVax, I explored gaps in vaccine accessibility, record management, and scheduling. Through user interviews, competitor analysis, and behavioral research, I identified the need for an all-in-one solution. These insights shaped Vxt Plus into a seamless, intuitive, and user-centered healthcare experience.
