Otsuchi ni itara ryo ku meza rikozwe mu ruhu rw'impongo rukomoka i Otsuchi, muri Iwate, mu Buyapani. Uwo mudugudu wibasiwe na tsunami yatewe n'Umutingito Ukomeye w'Uburasirazuba bw'u Buyapani wo mu 2011. Nyuma yaho, imyaka yo mu karere yarangijwe kubera ko umubare w'impongo wiyongereye mu gihe umubare w'abaturage wagabanukaga. It resembles a light fixture, yet also conveys the vitality of an animal.
Its texture evokes the breath of a living deer.

Ibyatumye Habaho: The Table lamp is made from a deer leather captured in Otsuchi, Iwate, Japan. Otsuchi was destroyed by the devastating tsunami caused by the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake.
Our crop has been damaged due to a significant increase in number of deer, while the population of local residents declined. Local hunters started
the Gibier business to carry on the life of a deer that was hunted as vermin. This lamp was created in a hope to carry on deer's life and create a feeling of peace to the user.
Igihe cy'Umushinga: The project started in Apr. 2023 in Otsuchi, Iwate and finished in Jan, and was exhibited in Salone del Mobile in June 2024.
Uburyo bw'Imikorere: This table lamp conveys an organic, animalistic impression to people,
and also gives a wild impression.
This lamp, which makes you feel the vitality of a deer that once lived,
gives people the warmth of life.
