अयं प्रदीपः व्यक्तये आवश्यकं सीमितं स्थानं मृदुप्रकाशेन प्रकाशयितुं समर्थः, समीपस्थनिद्रितव्यक्तिं न विक्षोभयन्। समायोज्यनमनकोणः शरीरस्थानस्य परिवर्तनाय स्वकीयार्थं प्रकाशस्रोतस्य समायोजनाय च अवसरं ददाति, येन श्रमः न्यूनीभवति। प्रकाशस्रोतविस्तारस्य परिवर्तनीयदैर्घ्यं विभिन्नोच्चतादेहसंरचनायुक्तेभ्यः जनेभ्यः प्रदीपसमायोजनाय प्रकाशवस्तुनः अत्यन्तसुविधाजनकं स्थापनं च निर्धारयितुम् अवकाशं ददाति।
