सम्पूर्णपरियोजनाक्षेत्रम् अति विशालम् अस्ति, विद्युत्जलपरिवर्तनस्य केन्द्रीयवातानुकूलनस्य च व्ययः उच्चः, तथा अन्यानि पाकगृहयन्त्रोपकरणानि अपि, अतः आभ्यन्तरिकस्थानसज्जायै उपलब्धबजेटः अत्यन्तसीमितः अस्ति, अतएव अभिकल्पकाः "भवनस्य स्वाभाविकसौन्दर्यम्" अङ्गीकुर्वन्तः महदाश्चर्यं प्रददति। छत्रम् उपरि विविधमापीयाकाशवातायनानि स्थापयित्वा परिवर्तितम्। दिवाकाले सूर्यप्रकाशः आकाशवातायनैः प्रविश्य प्राकृतिकं सामञ्जस्यपूर्णं च प्रकाशप्रभावं सृजति।
