तन्त्रज्ञाननगरम् इति द्विसहस्रवर्गमीटरपरिमितस्य स्थावरसम्पद्विक्रयकेन्द्रस्य अन्तःसज्जा वर्तते। विन्यासः एकस्मिन् समग्रचौकटे वास्तुकलां च आन्तरिकसज्जां च संयोजयति। संस्पर्शयुक्तं धूसरवर्णं स्थानस्य मूलस्वरं स्थापयति, कृष्णवर्णेन च संयुज्यते। प्रकाशच्छायारेखाः आधुनिकतन्त्रज्ञानस्वरूपं रेखयन्ति। गम्भीरवर्णा काष्ठभित्तिः सरलरूपे ज्यामितीयसंरचनां वहति। बालुकापटस्वागतक्षेत्रस्य नमूनाकक्षस्य च मध्ये पारदर्शकानि लम्बमानानि आसनानि परिभ्रमणासनानि च अल्पविश्रामाय अवसरं प्रयच्छन्ति। छादनं जंगरहितइस्पातदर्पणसामग्रीं प्रयुनक्ति।
