This yacht offers safe and comfortable access to the water thanks to its custom-designed aft boarding platform. The hybrid propulsion system prioritizes environmental sustainability while providing a quiet and efficient cruising experience. With a fully automated yacht management system, navigation, energy management, and all operations can be easily controlled through a user-friendly interface, maximizing both safety and comfort.

The main challenge was integrating the hybrid propulsion system without compromising spatial openness and comfort. This was resolved through iterative layout optimization and careful coordination between engineering and design.

Type: Applied design research. Objectives: Optimize hybrid yacht efficiency, spatial layout, and sustainability. Methodology: Comparative analysis of hull forms and propulsion systems. Data collection/tools: CFD simulations, energy modeling, material studies. Results: Reduced fuel use, improved flow. Insights: Integration of engineering and design enhances usability and eco-performance. Impact: Guides sustainable yacht design, influencing industry practices and user experience.

This yacht is designed with inspiration from the beach club concept, focusing on spacious and social areas. Its expansive deck areas provide guests with comfortable movement and entertainment opportunities, while the open and fluid lines create an aesthetic that blends seamlessly with the sea. The choice of materials and details combine sophisticated comfort and elegance, making the design both functional and visually distinctive.

Enhanced Comfort Mode: Ideal for low-speed coastal or night cruising, this mode’s main benefit is the exceptional comfort it offers. The diesel engines are switched off, but the gensets continue to supply energy to the electric motors.
Extended Range Mode: Designed for long transfer journeys and coastal cruising, this mode delivers reductions in fuel consumption and emissions. The gensets are switched off and the yacht can go at full speed, with the electric motors powered by the main engine and working as shaft generators.
Eco Transfer Mode: Both diesel generators are switched off while only one propulsion engine runs, enabling the yacht to halve the running hours of the main engines and gensets. As a result, fuel consumption and CO2 emissions can be reduced by up to 16% and NOx emissions by up to 80% compared with traditional propulsion systems.
Eco Cruise Mode: This zero-emission mode is most suited to short trips along the coast. It allows entry to protected marine areas or zones usually designated as off-limits to motor yachts, with the range depending on the capacity of the battery pack.
