Achieving uniform optical performance while maintaining a rugged abs structure required multiple design iterations. External constraints such as tool platform geometry, impact-resistance standards, and manufacturing limitations demanded precise engineering to deliver a compact yet powerful, professional-grade lamp.

Methods included user observation, competitive analysis, and iterative cad modelling. Data was collected through field testing with professional tradespeople. Results indicated demand for longer range illumination, simpler operation, and a rugged housing. These insights guided the development of a compact, high output lamp that enhances productivity and supports real world job site needs.

Drawing from the brand's blue tint visual language, the concept combines industrial reliability with modern portability. The goal was to create a cordless lamp that embodies professional confidence while addressing real world job site lighting challenges.
