Utopia of the Sea رهائشي بابت

هي منصوبو هڪ تجارتي ڪوشش آهي جتے قيمت کي برقرار رکڻ انتهائي اهم هو. تنهن هوندي به، هڪ مثالي تجويز جيڪا معاشي خيالن کي توازن ۾ رکي ٿي ۽ کليل سامونڊي منظر، هلڪي ساخت، ۽ ڳوٺاڻي خوبصورتي کي قبول ڪري ٿي، حقيقت بڻايو ويو. ڊزائين ۾ تقريباً 100 چورس ميٽر اندروني علائقي کي تبديل ڪرڻ شامل هو، هڪ ورهاست واري ڀت کي هٽائڻ سان هڪ انمول نظارو حاصل ڪرڻ لاءِ. داخلي دروازي ۾ هڪ بلند پليٽ فارم آهي جنهن ۾ ڌوئڻ ۽ ريل جي سهولت آهي. اهو ڏاڪڻن ذريعي مختلف بيڊ رومن ۽ داخلي راستي سان ڳنڍيل آهي، جيڪو بالڪوني تي هڪ نيم-ٻاهران جڪوزي ڏانهن وڃي ٿو، جيڪا ڊزائين جو مرڪزي حصو بڻجي ٿي.

منفرد خاصيتون: With an indoor area of about 100 square meters, the design strategy involved removing a room partition wall to capture the priceless view. The entrance is characterized by a raised platform with a wash and sand function, connected by stairs to different bedrooms and the entryway, culminating in a semi-outdoor Jacuzzi on the balcony—forming the core of the design.

پيداواري ٽيڪنالاجي: The use of lightweight bricks for the raised platform and a micro-cement coating ensures structural lightness while displaying a rustic aesthetic. The space harmoniously blends Greek-style arch windows, wicker lamp art, and wooden items, dialoguing softly with the blues and greens of the outdoor seascape.
ڊزائين چيلينج: The challenge was to maximize the potential of the site's inherent conditions to secure an unobstructed and expansive sea view while maintaining a balance between cost control and the optimal presentation of space quality and style.
تحقيق: The design focused on exploiting the site's innate advantages to provide an unhindered and open seascape view, enhancing circulation, and clearly distinguishing between communal and private spaces.
الهام: The inspiration for this high-rise residential project, situated on the oceanfront's first row, was drawn from the breathtaking 270-degree panoramic seascape. The expansive windows and 90-degree wrap-around balcony are integral to the design, offering an unobstructed view that nurtures a luxurious and romantic living experience.
منصوبي جو عرصو: The project started in Jan. 2023 and finished in May. 2023 in China.
عمل جو فلو: The removal of one room's partition walls opened up the space, merging it with the existing dining and living area. This, along with the raised floor near the entrance, achieved an unobstructed flow, defining public and private domains within the residence.
