Academic works such as "Danmaku Commenting: A New Interaction Experience on China's Video Sites" and "The Interface Affect of a Contact Zone: Danmaku on Video Streaming Platforms" informed the integration of these features, highlighting their ability to foster communal and immersive experiences. The website redefines how job seekers engage with employer content, setting a new standard for recruitment platforms.
