Residential Building هوسپيٽيلٽي اندروني ڊزائن بابت
رهائشي عمارت جرمني جي شهر Ueberlingen ۾ ڍنڍ جي ڪناري تي واقع هڪ 17هين صدي جي عمارت لاءِ اندروني ڊزائن پروجيڪٽ آهي. اهي عمارت 1957ع کان هڪ ريستوران جي حيثيت سان استعمال ٿي رهي آهي. تزئين نو (Renovation) عمارت جي تاريخ کي محفوظ رکندي پائيدار طريقا اپنائي ٿي. موجود سپورٽ ساخت کي بحال ڪيو ويو، ۽ تاريخي فرنيچر کي نئون مقصد ڏنو ويو. پراڻن ڪاٺ جي شهتيرن ۽ نشانن کي اندروني حصي ۾ شامل ڪيو ويو. بار واري حصي ۾ نيري رنگ جا شيڊس ڍنڍ جي رنگن جي عڪاسي ڪن ٿا، ۽ وڏيون ٿيل درين ذريعي پاڻي جو کليل نظارو نظر اچي ٿو.

- The building at Seepromenade 11 in Ueberlingen, dating back to the 17th century, has housed a restaurant since 1957 and has been owned by the Oexle family since 1920. The renovation preserved its history while embracing sustainability, with upcycled structural elements and repurposed furniture. The lakeside location influenced the design, with colors and materials reflecting the water’s hues. Enlarged windows offer stunning views, strengthening the connection between the building and the lake.

- The lakefront location was central to the design, with the lake flowing into the interior. This was achieved through a thoughtful choice of materials and colors, especially in the bar area, where shades of blue reflect the water’s hues. Floor to ceiling windows offer captivating views, strengthening the connection with the lake. In the seminar area and vacation apartments above, the sensation of floating above the water enhances the visual and emotional bond with the serene surroundings.
