مرينا گولڊ هڪ ريزورٽ هوٽل آهي جيڪو ڏکڻ اوڀر ويٽنام ۾ موئي ني بيچ تي واقع آهي. عمارت ستين کان ويهين ماڙ تائين ترڇي انداز ۾ مٿي وڃي ٿي، جيڪا سفر تي روانه ٿيندڙ ڪروز جهاز جي شڪل جي ياد ڏياري ٿي. مٿين ماڙ تي هڪ ڪينٽيليور شيشي جي تري وارو سوئمنگ پول سمنڊ ڏانهن پکڙيل آهي، جنهن جي ڀرسان هڪ بار لائونج ۽ وسيع نظارن سان گڏ هڪ ريسٽورنٽ موجود آهي. عمارت جي ٻاهرين حصي ۾ سونهري فنش وارا پينل استعمال ڪيا ويا آهن، جيڪي سج لٿي جي روشني کي منعڪس ڪن ٿا. ڍانچو مضبوط ڪنڪريٽ جو آهي جنهن ۾ فولادي جزا شامل آهن جيڪي ڪينٽيليور حصن کي سهارو ڏين ٿا. اندروني حصا ڪاٺ ۽ سنگ مرمر سان تيار ڪيا ويا آهن.

The building’s futuristic design rises diagonally from the 7th to the 20th floor, evoking a luxury cruise ship setting sail. The top floor features a cantilevered glass-bottom pool extending toward the ocean, alongside a bar lounge and viewing restaurant. Designed as an architectural icon of Mui Ne Beach, the hotel captures the essence of a radiant cruise ship bathed in sunset light

The cantilevered glass-bottom pool required advanced engineering to ensure safety while maintaining visual lightness. Strict coastal regulations and material limitations influenced design choices. Extensive environmental analysis was conducted to optimize light reflection and aerodynamics. Overcoming these obstacles led to a harmonious blend of innovation, sustainability, and guest experience.
