Mind without Borders යනු වසංගතයක් පැතිරෙන කාලයේදී දරුවන්ගේ සෞඛ්‍යය සහ රැකවරණය සඳහා සහාය වීමට නිර්මාණය කරන ලද ජංගම යෙදුමකි. මෙම යෙදුම මඟින් දරුවන්ට හෝ රැකවරණය සපයන්නන්ට නිතිපතා සෞඛ්‍ය තොරතුරු වාර්තා කිරීමට ඉඩ සලසන අතර, ස්වේච්ඡා සේවකයන්ට සහ මනෝ චිකිත්සකයන්ට නියමිත වේලාවට උපකාර සැපයිය හැකිය. නිර්නාමික සහ ආරක්ෂිත පණිවිඩකරණය මඟින් විවිධ රටවල දරුවන් පෙළ, හඬ සහ දෘශ්‍ය මාධ්‍ය ඔස්සේ ලිපි හුවමාරු මිතුරන් ලෙස සම්බන්ධ කරයි. පවුලේ සාමාජිකයන් සහ මිතුරන් සමඟ සම්බන්ධ වීමද මෙහි ඇතුළත් වේ. එහි අරමුණ වන්නේ කනස්සල්ල අඩු කිරීම සහ සෞඛ්‍ය සේවා සේවකයන් මත පවතින බර සැහැල්ලු කිරීමයි.
