Crystal ස්ඵටික ආලෝකකරණ කලා ස්ථාපනය පිළිබඳව
කලා ස්ථාපනය Crystal දේශීය ව්‍යාපාර ප්‍රවර්ධනය කිරීම අරමුණු කරගත් Yonge + St. Clair Fall Art Festival (Toronto, Canada) සඳහා සාදා ඇත. Crystal යනු මීටර් 3 ක් උස සහ මීටර් 10 ක් දිග වියුක්ත ත්‍රිමාණ වස්තුවකි, එය ස්ඵටික දැලිස පුරාවට පරිවර්තනය කිරීමේ ක්‍රියාවලිය ප්‍රදර්ශනය කිරීම අරමුණු කර ගෙන ඇත. ත්රිකෝණාකාර හැඩයන් භාවිතා කරමින්, කලාකරුවා ස්ඵටිකයකට සමාන පරිමාමිතික ව්යුහාත්මක ආරුක්කු නිර්මාණය කර ඇත. හැඩය ගෙනහැර දැක්වීම සඳහා, ව්‍යුහය ලණු ගෙතීමෙන් සහ පොළවේ සිට LED Neon Flex ආලෝකයෙන් මීටර් 5කින් ආලෝකමත් කරන ලදී.

Crystal ස්ඵටික ආලෝකකරණ කලා ස්ථාපනය යනු A' Design Award රිදී සම්මානය දිනූ නිර්මාණයකි; ඉහළම පෙළේ, සුන්දර සහ ආකර්ශනීය නිර්මාණ සඳහා පිරිනමන අසාමාන්‍ය ලෙස ගෞරවනීය පිළිගැනීමකි. රිදී ජයග්‍රාහී නිර්මාණ අතිශය දීප්තිමත් සහ ඉතා නිර්මාණශීලී කෘති වන අතර නිර්මාණකරුවන්ගේ විශිෂ්ට විශේෂඥතාව, දක්ෂතාව සහ සියුම් බුද්ධිය පෙන්වයි. Crystal ස්ඵටික ආලෝකකරණ කලා ස්ථාපනය විස්මයජනක, ආදර්ශවත්, ඉතා වෘත්තීය සහ ගැඹුරින් නවීන කෘතියක් වනු ඇතැයි අපේක්ෂා කෙරේ. Crystal ස්ඵටික ආලෝකකරණ කලා ස්ථාපනය බොහෝ දෙනා ඊර්ෂ්‍යා කරන නිර්මාණයක් වන අතර ආශාවන් අවදි කරයි, ධනාත්මක හැඟීම් ගෙන එයි සහ විස්මය ඇති කරයි.

- අනන්‍ය ලක්ෂණ
- The art installation "Crystal" is made for the “Yonge + St. Clair” Fall Art Festival which is aimed to promote local businesses. The "Crystal" has been designed to show the process of transformation throughout the crystal lattice. Using triangular shapes, we created a volumetric structural arch resembling a crystal. To define the shape, we included rope knitting in the design.

115 meters of copper tube pipes,
900 meters of ropes,
1000 zip-ties,

- To implement the idea to life, we had to make a decision on how tubes should be connected. Using ropes was a great solution to keep the structure solid enough and at the same time to have the ability to adjust angles of pipes during assembly. To make sure this works, we developed two additional mock-ups before doing a real one.

- Our lives and lifestyles change (transform) over time. We utilized this idea in the "Crystal" installation, one of 6 art installations presented by local artists during the “Yonge + St. Clair” Fall Art Festival (Toronto, Canada) with the main theme of transformation.

- The installation "Crystal" stimulates the senses of passers-by and makes them think about their own journey through life. Copper tubes and ropes used in the structure are aimed to symbolize the diversity of life. Cooper tubing has been used to represent choices. People choose the path that they are on and although it may not always seem like it, have control over their life and destiny. Ropes have been used to symbolize the many factors which influence people’s choices.
The piece is aimed to merge with the urban landscape and change over time, gaining features from its surroundings. - බලපත්‍ර
