මෙය මීට වසර 50 කට පෙර ඉදිකරන ලද පැරණි වැඩමුළුවක් වන අතර එය වසර ගණනාවක් තිස්සේ ඉවතලන ලදී. දැන් එය ඉවතලන තත්වයෙන් මිදුණු අතර බුද්ධිමත් කළමනාකරණ මධ්යස්ථානය වෙත වෙනස් කර ඇත. යකඩ ලෝහය භූගත උමං අවකාශය බුද්ධත්වය වන අතර එය අභ්යන්තර අවකාශයේ ආර්ද්රගතව ඇති කරයි. ඔහු ආධිපත්යය දරන වර්ණය ලෙස යකඩ ලෝහයේ භූගත යකඩ භූගත යකඩ ලෝහවල අළු පැහැයෙන් තෝරා ගනී. රේඛීය ආලෝකකරණය මගින් නිර්මාණය කරන ලද කාල උමග ඉංග්රීසි නගරාධිපතිත්වය අතීතය සමඟ සම්බන්ධ වන අතර එමඟින් සමස්ත මධ්යගත පාලන ශාලාවේ නිර්මාණ ශෛලියට පිටපත් කළ නොහැකි ව්යවසාය අකමැත්තක් ඇති සැලසුම් විලාසයට ඉඩ ලබා දේ.

Iron Ore Center නිෂ්පාදන විධානය යනු A' Design Award රිදී සම්මානය දිනූ නිර්මාණයකි; ඉහළම පෙළේ, සුන්දර සහ ආකර්ශනීය නිර්මාණ සඳහා පිරිනමන අසාමාන්‍ය ලෙස ගෞරවනීය පිළිගැනීමකි. රිදී ජයග්‍රාහී නිර්මාණ අතිශය දීප්තිමත් සහ ඉතා නිර්මාණශීලී කෘති වන අතර නිර්මාණකරුවන්ගේ විශිෂ්ට විශේෂඥතාව, දක්ෂතාව සහ සියුම් බුද්ධිය පෙන්වයි. Iron Ore Center නිෂ්පාදන විධානය විස්මයජනක, ආදර්ශවත්, ඉතා වෘත්තීය සහ ගැඹුරින් නවීන කෘතියක් වනු ඇතැයි අපේක්ෂා කෙරේ. Iron Ore Center නිෂ්පාදන විධානය බොහෝ දෙනා ඊර්ෂ්‍යා කරන නිර්මාණයක් වන අතර ආශාවන් අවදි කරයි, ධනාත්මක හැඟීම් ගෙන එයි සහ විස්මය ඇති කරයි.

- අනන්‍ය ලක්ෂණ
- Daye iron ore has a long exploitation history. we have exploited for over 1700 years until now.The rest mine resources exploitation age limit is less than 10 years. Our enterprise would make use of the long iron ore exploitation history, and convert it to tourism industry. In order to not make the waste due to the repeated investments, when we design the central control hall, we give consideration to exhibition function, that is to meet the requirements of current enterprise central control operation, and also offer a small-scale museum for the future tourism development.

- නිෂ්පාදන තාක්ෂණය
- To maintain and reinforce on the original building, avoid the resource waste which incurred due to the repeated construction. The building is located on the high temperature region. Preserving the big and tall space of the building would play the role of insulation.
- නිර්මාණ අභියෝගය
- Design difficult point: 1. The storey height of original building is 15.6 meters. The lower storey height of truss is 11.6 meters. In order to save the energy and reduce the emission, we add transition layer on the top surface of the original building, which reduce the top surface of the hall to 7 meters. 2. This project is currently the first mine intelligent management center of China, so it shall meet the functional needs of current central control center, meanwhile, it shall avoid the interference of visitors to the operation staff. 3. It would be changed into industrial legacy museum after 10 years. So, we shall guarantee that the existing central control function can be preserved, which can also meet the requirements that the needed exhibition space shall be preserved for the future.

- With the development of the society, the land resource is gradually reduced in China. The contradiction between the old building and current peoples’ needs is gradually outstanding. Demolition and construction violently are to a great extent. In China, housing demolition at early time would waste hundred billion yuan. How to utilize the old building is becoming an unavoidable question.
- ආශ්වාදනය
- The inspiration form is from the enlightenment of iron ore underground space form, which incubated the arch modelling of the interior space. About the colour, we select the unique gray of iron ore underground ironstone.The feeling of time tunnel which is built by the linear lighting would connect the modern times with the past, let the whole central control hall design flavour to be uncopyable and unique.
