Book Text: Rustic Zen යනු ඉන්දියාවේ නාග්පූර් හි පිහිටි මහල් නිවාසයක අභ්‍යන්තර සැලසුමකි. මෙම නිවස උස් ගොඩනැගිල්ලක හයවන මහලේ මීටර් වර්ග 400ක් පමණ වන සම්පූර්ණ මහල් ප්‍රදේශයක් ආක්‍රමණය කරන අතර, එය මහල් නිවාස දෙකක් එකට සම්බන්ධ කිරීමෙන් සකස් කර ඇත. ආලෝකය සහ වාතාශ්‍රය සෑම දිශාවකින්ම ඇතුළු වේ. වර්ග අඩි 2000ක් පමණ වන ජීවන ප්‍රදේශයේ විධිමත් ජීවන අවකාශයක්, බාර් එකක්, පවුල් ජීවන අවකාශයක් සහ භෝජන අවකාශයක් ඇතුළත් වන අතර, අවශ්‍ය අවස්ථාවලදී ඒවා වීදුරු බෙදුම් තුළින් වෙන් කළ හැකිය. ආගන්තුක නිදන කාමරයක්, පවුඩර් කාමරයක් සහ මුළුතැන්ගෙය භෝජන අවකාශයට සම්බන්ධ වේ. ග්‍රාමීය ස්වභාවයේ ද්‍රව්‍ය පැලට් එකක් මගින් සන්සුන් හා අලංකාර ස්වභාවය හැඩගස්වා ඇත.

Rustic Zen Primary Function: මහල් නිවාස අභ්‍යන්තර සැලසුම යනු A' Design Award ලෝකඩ සම්මානය දිනූ නිර්මාණයකි; නිර්මාණශීලිත්වය, දක්ෂතාව සහ තීක්ෂ්ණ බුද්ධියෙන් කැපී පෙනෙන විශිෂ්ට නිර්මාණ සඳහා පිරිනමන අතිශය ගෞරවනීය පිළිගැනීමකි. ලෝකඩ ජයග්‍රාහී නිර්මාණ ප්‍රමාණවත් ලෙස දක්ෂ සහ කැපී පෙනෙන ලෙස නිර්මාණශීලී කෘති වන අතර නිර්මාණකරුවන්ගේ පුළුල් අත්දැකීම්, පරිකල්පනය සහ සම්පත්දායකත්වය තහවුරු කරයි. Rustic Zen Primary Function: මහල් නිවාස අභ්‍යන්තර සැලසුම ඉහළින් අගය කරන, ප්‍රශංසා කරන සහ ආදරය කරන දෙයක් වනු ඇතැයි අපේක්ෂා කෙරේ, කැපී පෙනෙන ලෙස වෘත්තීය සහ නවීන. Rustic Zen Primary Function: මහල් නිවාස අභ්‍යන්තර සැලසුම අවශ්‍යතා විශිෂ්ට ලෙස සපුරයි, ආශාවන් ස්පර්ශ කරයි, හැඟීම් වශීකරණය කරයි සහ කුතුහලය අවදි කරයි.

The clients expressed their preference of Rustic spaces with a dash of elegance which was quite a challenge posed to us. We found this an exciting opportunity to explore a new genre of design.
The living room, about 2000 Sq Ft of space was tailored to house a formal living, bar, family living and a dining space. - මානයන් සහ ඇසුරුම්කරණය
- The apartment measures around 400 Sq. Mts. And is located on 6th Floor of a high rise building in Nagpur.

- The site was a raw apartment with just column grid when we started to design the site. the layout was derived after amalgamating two apartments on the same floor making the entire floor exclusively available to client for their use.

- The clients profile was studied and the space was designed as per their lifestyle to accommodate their staff within the space.

- The project started in Oct 2019 in Nagpur and finished in January 2023.

- The project was a raw apartment and we shaped up the layout first as required by client. Eventually when the spaces were shaped up we added a rustic material pallet.
