T10 සාප්පු සංකීර්ණය චීනයේ ෂෙන්ෂෝ නගරයේ ෂොංයුවාන් ප්‍රධාන ව්‍යාපාරික දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ පිහිටි පවුල් කේන්ද්‍රීය සාප්පු මධ්‍යස්ථානයකි. මෙම අභ්‍යන්තරය කිලෝමීටර් 3ක අරයක් තුළ මිලියන 1.7ක ජනගහනයකට සේවය සපයයි. නිර්මාණය පවුලක වර්ධනය සෛල බෙදීමට සමාන කරන අතර, එක් එක් මහල වර්ධනයේ විවිධ අවධියක් නියෝජනය කරමින් විවිධ සාප්පු කණ්ඩායමකට සම්බන්ධ වේ. වක්‍රාකාර රේඛා අවකාශය නිර්වචනය කරමින් මහල් එකිනෙක සම්බන්ධ කරයි. මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය පැරණි සංවෘත වාණිජ ගොඩනැගිල්ලක ප්‍රතිසංස්කරණයක් වන අතර, සියලුම වයස් කාණ්ඩවල පවුල් සඳහා උණුසුම් හා සුවපහසු ස්ථානයක් ලබා දෙයි.

- This project is located in the core business district of Zhongyuan, Zhengzhou. Within a radius of 3 kilometers, it serves a population of 1.7 million people. The main focus is on family-oriented consumers of all ages, aiming to integrate fashion into the lifestyle of families and provide a warm and comfortable shopping center.

- This project is located in the core business circle of Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou, which is the overall transformation and upgrading of the old closed business. Stripped of the changing buildings of the industrial era, the project is a stock transformation + new business model output, and will be positioned as a new trend family shopping center.
- ආශ්වාදනය
- The formation of a family is a process of growth, much like the development of an embryo cell that takes various forms through division and combination. The design utilizes different floors to represent different stages of growth, from nostalgic beginnings to active growth, healthy development, and the comforting joy of life, corresponding to various business formats on different levels, creating a shopping space with the DNA of a family.
