This thoughtfully designed space serves as a vibrant social hub, embodying the essence of humanistic values and celebrating British culture, which in turn fosters a strong sense of community among its residents.

- Dominating the first floor is a bar counter designed to resemble the bridge of a majestic ship, perched at the highest point of the slab. The space is elegantly adorned with exquisite imported crystal lamps and sumptuous stone surfaces, setting the stage for a truly VIP experience that welcomes both residents and visitors alike.
