O dizajne Beyond the Blue Kniha

Beyond the Blue je kniha o environmentálnych problémoch súvisiacich s morom. Každá kapitola je uvedená výrazným farebným poľom, ktoré zobrazuje inú tvár oceánu. Zelené pole predstavuje zdravý morský les, zatiaľ čo červené pole odkazuje na more stmavené veľrybou krvou. Farba sa používa ako jednoduchý a univerzálny spôsob, ako vysvetliť zložité environmentálne témy čitateľom všetkých vekových kategórií. Kniha má rozmery 187 mm × 245 mm a 90 strán. Pri tlači sa používa atrament na báze sójového oleja na 100 g matnom papieri a väzba šitá niťou znižuje spotrebu lepidla.

Jedinečné vlastnosti: Published in honor of World Ocean Day, this book deals with environmental issues related to the sea. It is a feature of this book to introduce various looks of the sea through the distinguishing colors of each chapter. For example, the green color chip symbolizes a healthy sea forest, while the red color chip shows dark side of a sea filled with whale blood. Like this, the color chips introduced in each chapter are used to express the bright and dark side of the sea symbolically.

Inšpirácia: Looking at the sea at sunset, we found that the sea was not always blue. In fact, the colors of the sea are very diverse depending on the time, place and situation. We thought it would be interesting to introduce the various issues of the ocean through colors.
Trvanie projektu: The project started from April 2018 and finished in May 2019. The design is done in Seoul, production in Seoul.
Pracovný postup: The target group is readers of all ages interested in the sea. Color is a universal material that makes it easy and intuitive for all ages to understand environmental issues related to the sea.
