O dizajne Hangzhou West Lake Primárna funkcia: Diaľničná odpočívadlová zóna

Odpočívadlová zóna Hangzhou West Lake je diaľničné odpočívadlo v čínskom Hangzhou. Rekonštrukčný projekt zaberá plánovanú plochu 61 408 štvorcových metrov a nahrádza staršie zariadenia obmedzeného rozsahu a funkčnosti. Návrh sa inšpiruje voňavou osmantusou, mestskou kvetinou Hangzhou, a strechy v tvare osmantusy korunujú budovy. Fasády z bieleho skleneného závesu a drevených mriežok prepájajú architektúru s okolitou krajinou. Dve hlavné budovy na severe a juhu ukrývajú stravovacie priestory s rôznymi témami. Teplé drevo a jednoduché farby definujú interiér.
