O dizajne RG House Primárna funkcia: Rodinný dom

Dom RG je rodinný dom nachádzajúci sa v meste Teresina v Brazílii. Dom má rozlohu 310 štvorcových metrov na dvoch podlažiach. Na prízemí sa nachádza garáž, obývacia a jedálenská časť, gourmet priestor, bazén, kuchyňa, hosťovská spálňa a servisná časť. Na hornom podlaží sú umiestnené dva apartmány a hlavná spálňa. Západná, východná a južná fasáda nesú kompozíciu línií z čierneho kompozitného hliníka. Tieto línie fungujú ako brise soleil a znižujú množstvo slnečného svetla a tepla vo vnútri domu. LED profily robia tento vzor viditeľným v noci.

Jedinečné vlastnosti: The project consists of a 310sqm residence located in the city of Teresina,Brazil.It has two floors.The ground floor consists of the garage,living room,dining room integrated with a gourmet space and a swimming pool,kitchen,guest bedroom and service area.The second floor consists of two suites and a master bedroom.The colors used in the composition were primarily black and grey,with touches of wooden tones for the floors and blue for the decoration to give it contrast and make it more vibrant.

Výrobná technológia: The walls were made using ceramic bricks, the structure was made using concrete and the roof was made using thermo-acoustic aluminum tiles. The rest of the composition uses black aluminum profiles, transparent glass panels, and composite aluminum brise soleil.
Dizajnérska výzva: Make the brises support themselves according to the original design. Support points were carefully studied so that support pillars were not used between them.
Výskum: One of the issues during the design proccess and requirement of the clients was to ease and overcome the climate challenges of the region, marked by high temperatures and strong solar incidence. The client also wanted an integration between the indoors and outdoors. A solution for this integration was to use massive glass panels, which is not recomended in the region due to extreme heat inside the edification. A way to achieve both of the client requirements was to use design a massive aluminum frame in a way that it could protect the house from insulation without blocking the view from inside the house.
Inšpirácia: The main inspiration was the dynamics of geometric lines.A large composition of lines was created on the west, east and south facades.These lines were made in composite aluminum painted in black.They also have the function of a brise soleil, helping to reduce the incidence of sunlight and heat inside the residence due to the extreme hot temperatures of the northeast of Brazil.
LED profiles were adapted to the brise soleil and at night it helps the observer to easily read the design.
Trvanie projektu: The construction took place in Teresina, Brazil from January 2020 to July 2021.
