O dizajne The Dawn Rezidencia

Book Text: The Dawn je rezidencia v meste Chua-lien na Taiwane, navrhnutá ako dom pre seniorov. Dom má rozlohu 150 štvorcových metrov a bol dokončený v júni 2022. Exteriér je zjednodušený a hlavnú fasádu vymedzujú dve zakrivené línie. Zakrivený plášť budovy sa tiahne od spodnej časti až po vrch, vďaka čomu je interiér prepojený s okolím, no zároveň chránený pred letnými horúčavami. Výťah zabezpečuje bezbariérový prístup na každé podlažie. Posuvné dvere a otočné panely umožňujú flexibilné využitie priestoru. Kúpeľňa na najvyššom poschodí je orientovaná k vonkajšiemu oknu s výhľadom na Chua-lien.

Jedinečné vlastnosti: As far as the exterior is concerned, the building’s appearance is simplified, demonstrating a sculpture like artwork towering over the base. The face of the main building is outlined through two curved lines. Besides, the solid construction is covered little by little and unfolded by the softly curved surface, just like a calla blooming quietly from the street block. Over the top furnishings have been abandoned to create abundant storage space.

Výrobná technológia: From bottom to top, the building skin is slowly stretched, which makes the indoor area and the outdoor surroundings connected yet separated. Therefore, it has effectively eliminated the heat energy brought by the sun during summertime.
Dizajnérska výzva: The project adopts a minimalist design style from the exterior of the building to the interior of the space, focusing on the daily functional needs as the main focus of the planning. As a result, the designer significantly reduces the unnecessary purchase of furniture and eliminates superfluous decorations. The designer's initiative has greatly avoided the waste of resources and created a sustainable and friendly house.
Výskum: On top of that, the bathroom is planned at the external window on the top floor, so the beautiful scenery of Hualien is brought into the room, offering the clients a soothing and comfortable bath experience. In addition, due to the reduction of the living area caused by this equipment, the designer has skillfully selected adjustable features such as sliding doors and revolving door panels to endow the space with variable usability.
Inšpirácia: This project is a residential space in the old district of Hualien City, Taiwan, which is the owner's and his wife's retirement home. Given the cramped and narrow space of the original residence, it is expected that the needs such as abundant light and spaciousness can be incorporated into the new home to create a comfortable and enjoyable living space. The designer has completed the entire planning with a simple yet resourceful strategy.
Trvanie projektu: The project was completed in Hualien City in June 2022.
Pracovný postup: When the night comes, the warm yellow light from the room reflects like a flute-shaped glass containing champagne, diffuses an elegant luster in the dimly lit neighborhood, and welcomes visiting relatives and friends to gather for a drink. Considering the owner's needs for barrier-free facilities, an elevator that can access each floor is installed inside the house.
