Súkromná rezidencia postavená na pozemku orientovanom na dve cesty v tichej vilovej štvrti. Exteriér, ktorý je viditeľný zvonku, má usporiadanú formu, zabezpečuje mierny pocit otvorenosti a zároveň chráni súkromie obyvateľov. Interiér je mierne otvorený a má vizuálnu rozlohu.
