Plánovaná lokalita sa nachádza v zadnej časti tichej obytnej štvrte a okolo nej sú husto zastavané domy. Okolo pozemku bol inštalovaný vysoký plot, vonkajšie okná boli obmedzené na minimum a každá oblasť bola rozdelená do vrstiev rôznych výšok sústredených na centrálnu svetelnú studňu. Vo vnútri tohto domu, kde je chránené súkromie, mierny pocit vzdialenosti v priestore vizuálne spája obyvateľov a vytvára vnútorný priestor, ktorý sa rozprestiera diagonálne. Dizajnovo má jednoduchú štruktúru a hoci je uzavretý, vytvára pre obyvateľov otvorený priestor.
